If your lawn is feeling spongy and is full of Moss? Then scarification is a great machine that we use to get Moss and Thatch out of your Lawn.
OPTION TWO
Hollow Tine Aeration is one of the best things you can do to your Lawn. We take hundreds of core holes out of your Lawn. This will help with surface water and will help your Lawn breathe.

With Option Three you get both Scarification and Hollow Tine Aeration.

We aggressively scarify your lawn getting out all the organic material that's in your Lawn.
We then Hollow Tine your Lawn so it can breathe again and fertilizer can get to the Root Zone.
Overseeding
The next step is to over seed your Lawn.
We look at your Lawn and decide what type of seed would be best suited.
So if you have shaded areas or have children and pets on the lawn we can use more of a hard wearing seed.
We use a Premium Grass seed for the very best results.
Top Dress
Finally we put a top dress over the top of the seed so it is protected from any birds and also the Weather.
